Due to the success of the previous group, Colin has agreed to run another customer service mentoring group

Mentoring Opportunity with Colin Neill, Site Director, Diageo Shieldhall

Diageo are the world's leading drinks company known around the world for brands such as Johnnie Walker, J&B, Bells, Smirnoff and Baileys - and as a Premier Partner with the Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce are hosting a number of sessions designed to give insight / share learning's into how they run their business.

These sessions will be last for about 1.5 hrs each and take place at Shieldhall, the world’s largest and fastest spirits bottling plant.

The sessions will be led by Colin Neill - the Site Director of Diageo Sheildhall and member of the Diageo Global Supply Executive Team. Colin is also a Director with Renfrewshire Chamber.

Colin is known not only for his role in heading up Shieldhall but also as an excellent team builder - with many years proven experience in developing high performance teams.

Delivered in four individual sessions at Diageo Shieldhall, 500 Renfrew Road.

These sessions are delivered under the Business Mentoring Programme – a partnership between Scottish Chambers and Scottish Enterprise. European funding allows us to offer these sessions to you at no charge, provided you meet the eligibility criteria, which are:

• Turnover of at least £250K (or plan in place to achieve) and have ambition to grow
• Been in business for at least 1 year
• Not currently involved in the mentoring programme / nor have been in the last 12 mths
• One person per company – does not need to be the owner – but should be a key decision maker / responsible person

The 1st session will be at held at Shieldhall on 4th May 2011 3-5pm

Session 2  - 2nd June
Session 3  - 23rd June
Session 4  - 7th July followed by plant tour
