Abigail Vipond and Rupa Mooker of MacRoberts Solicitors will be facilitating an HR Forum on 27 April 2010 to provide an overview of TUPE, how this operates in respect of service provision changes and considering the question of implementing harmonisation of employment contracts post- transfer.

The Forum provides HR professionals with the opportunity to listen to up-to-date legal commentary and thereafter take part in an open discussion about employment practice where questions can be posed to the speakers.
