Business Performance Break-out Workshops

A series of 3 highly interactive and participative workshops aimed at a step change in business performance, delivered in collaboration with one of our members Steve Quinn of Stephen Quinn Associates Ltd. Steve works on improving business and organisational effectiveness thro applying a set of simple yet powerful improvement processes. With a small group of colleagues, he works extensively with senior teams and using 1:1 coaching as levers for improvement.

How to create step change, one person at a time, thro Performance Coaching.

The first in our series of Business Performance Break-out workshops looks at how to build performance through focusing on key individuals and stretching their contribution to the organisation. This is a practical workshop, highly participative, in which you get to explore the power of coaching as a performance tool – you get to coach and be coached. Come along prepared for that and surprise yourself.

You’ll learn:

• How to coach and be coached
• To use a simple but powerful toolkit that will let you start coaching right away
• To focus coaching where it will give greatest results
• That you don’t need to have all the answers
• To know when not to coach
• How to use a simple model that will deliver greatly improved results
• To use a set of tools that will unlock performance improvement, including follow through activity that ensures results
• How to start a conversation about how coaching might add value to the business
