Stevie Kidd is a successful entrepreneur running a multi-million pound organisation he started six years ago with £500. He is a master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and now combines motivational techniques with running a successful business. Throughout the turbulent economic climate of recent years KDS has continued to grow and a company that started off with one van distributing within the pharmaceutical sector now has divisions in distribution, training and care.

Session 1

The theme of the first group mentoring session is ‘achieving success in business and life through strategising and positive thinking’

In times of economic uncertainty it is important for organisations of any size to maintain a clear sense of direction. With their eyes firmly on the prize and words of motivation in their minds, the individuals inside an organisation find that, instead of creating unnecessary fears for the future, they begin to recognise the opportunities they can seize. 

The session will teach delegates to:

• Commit  to daily improvements that will allow them to recognise opportunities
• Empower themselves to make the right choices
• Change their mindset to realise that anything is possible
• Constantly set goals that they really want
• Ignite their passion for business in ways that could not have been imagined 

The session will take place at KDS Group, Mirren Court One, 119 Renfrew Road, Paisley on Tuesday 21st September 10am – 11am.

Session 2

The theme of the second group session will be ‘dealing with stress and anxiety in the workplace’.

Stress in the workplace is the second biggest occupational health problem in Britain. The symptoms of stress and anxiety are driven by the same chemical reaction, NLP techniques can be adopted to combat these.

This session will teach delegates to identify the early signs of stress and motivational tools and techniques to assist employees to combat the effects.

The session will take place at KDS Group, Mirren Court One, 119 Renfrew Road, Paisley on 5/10 9-10am

Session 3

The third group session will look at ‘building unstoppable teams’.

Strong, unstoppable teams are essential within any organisation. The internal relationships and dynamics must be right before any business can truly call itself ‘successful’.

The session will teach delegates to look at internal and external communication strategies and to enhance them to achieve maximum success of the organisation.

The session will take place at KDS Group, Mirren Court One, 119 Renfrew Road, Paisley on Thursday 21st October  10am – 11am.

These sessions are delivered under the Business Mentoring Programme – a partnership between Scottish Chambers and Scottish Enterprise. European funding allows us to offer these sessions to you at no charge, provided you meet the eligibility criteria, which are:

Turnover of at least £100K, with the plan and ambition to grow Been in business for at least 1 year Not currently involved in the mentoring programme / nor have been in the last 12 mths
