I would like to make sure you are aware that the Minister for Housing and Communities has announced that the £60m Town Centre Regeneration Fund is open for applications. There will be two rounds of assessments of applications. The deadline for consideration in the first round will be 5 June 2009. The deadline for the second round will be 21 August 2009.
