Another Successful NetSuite Implementation

Member News 20th May 2019

Cofficient have recently been involved in another successful NetSuite implementation, this time with Phoenix Precision, who specialise in sheet metal engineering products.

Phoenix Precision invest in resources for the future and understand that no amount of capital outlay is cost effective unless designers, engineers and shop floor workers have reached, and exceeded, the necessary levels of expertise.

The company firmly believes in a professional, working relationship between client and manufacturer, and understands how this dynamic can lead to a successfully engineered product.

Phoenix Precision struggled with their current system, as it required extensive updates. Another major stumbling block was that their system wasn’t easy to access and they desired a system that was available 24/7. Their decision to go with NetSuite was built on a whole range of processes, all of which drastically decreases IT costs.

However, they also saw the appeal of real time reports, which could help with increasing visibility and tracking progress.

“We chose NetSuite as it provides a whole range of processes from Estimating,   Manufacturing, inventory Management straight through to Financials, which will ultimately              reduce our IT costs.”

  • Lynne Moffat, Operations Director at Phoenix Precision

Cofficient were selected due to their vast amount of experience with complex implementations. Lynne Moffat, Operations Director at Phoenix Precision, said that she has “been very impressed with their approach to our needs and their knowledge of Netsuite.” The result is a flexible and future-proof system that can accommodate growth and scale their operations.

Cofficient are NetSuite implementation experts who focus on making businesses more efficient. By working closely with clients and finding out their issues, their team of ERP experts seeks to bring businesses into the future, saving them time and money in the process.
