Customer Charter and Complaints Procedure

The Chamber means business.

The Chamber will give companies the best possible business advice and support, tailored to their individual needs.

We exist because no business finds it easy to access all of the advice, support, and growth it needs. Our job is to offer a service tailored to the unique requirements of your business.

The Chamber means membership.

The Chamber will represent the interests of the business community in both the local and national arena, while providing an exclusive range of services to members.

Every business, and everyone in it, is somebody's customer. Our goal is to give our customers the best value for money while meeting their everyday needs and their long-term goals.

Our Events continue including the popular Platform lunches and Business to Business Seminars. We are also going to pilot some Autumn evening Events with an interesting mix of speakers and subjects. One of the interesting aspects of these Events will be that they will be free.

The Chamber means education and training.

The Chamber will work with education and training providers to meet the needs of individuals and businesses.

We rely on teamwork, including real working relationships with the Scottish and British Chamber networks, higher education, and the public sector. We will call on these resources to find the best solutions for your business.
