Colin Neill is ex Supply Chain Director with Diageo, formerly a Director at Renfrewshire Chamber, Renfrewshire Leisure and Past President of Cricket Scotland.
You will learn from these sessions what is world class customer service and how to apply the principles to your business. If your business deals with customers then these sessions are for you. Using his experience of implementing world class customer service across Diageo and his experience of learning all about how Disney manage their customer service – Colin will make these group sessions informative, value adding, fun & memorable for all the right reasons.
The group will meet 3 times starting on the morning of Friday 21st April at the Chambers offices in Paisley at Glasgow Airport. You must aim to attend all sessions.
Organisations must have been in business for 1 year and have aspirations to grow turnover.
