The Renfrewshire Chamber app was built online using a new ‘build it yourself’ iPhone app system developed by Chamber member ISAI Digital Media under their mobile division mVenture. For iPhone app enquiries contact Craig Champion via www.mvapphub.co.uk

Since release at the end of summer 2010 - the app has been dowloaded approx 400 times

The app won a major award in 2011, recognised by the British Chamber of Commerce network for the most outstanding contribution to the recruitment and retention of Chambers members. The app was voted best new idea from 35 entries by 40 Chambers across the UK at the BCC Commercial Academy.

IPhone app Help:

My App Does Not Work!

Like all software, sometimes apps can stop working, go wrong or just play up.  Most bugs are usually ironed out over time by mVenture, however not every possible user variation can be checked and so bugs can still occur. 

The following steps are laid out to assist you in trying to solve any app problems, however without knowing your exact details i.e. whether you update the phones software regularly or how your phone is set up, we cannot guarantee that these steps will work.

Step 1:
Make sure you have the latest app downloaded to your iPhone. Delete the existing app from your iPhone and reinstall.

Step 2:
Delete app from iTunes on your computer and your phone. Reinstall app through iTunes and sync your iPhone.

Step 3:
Make sure that you have the latest Apple software on your iPhone.
