Investors in Young People in Renfrewshire

Chamber News 4th December 2015

Investors in People Scotland are working hard to promote youth employment within Scotland and are currently working with over 200 organisations, to assist them in their recruitment, retention and development of young people.

There is now an even greater reason to use Investors in Young People accreditation and advice. The Scottish Government has increased the funding available to employers of up to 250 people to a maximum of 100% – this is only available to organisations that use IIYP before March 2016. Investors in Young People assessment helps organisations to celebrate their employment of young people and evaluate the success of the activities they undertake. IIYP advice helps organisations plan and improve how they recruit, support and develop young people as part of future-proofing their business. Not only do you get high value support to help your business reap the benefits of engaging young talent, but you also get funding to help you achieve it!

For more details on how using IIYP can benefit your business take a look at our website www.investorsinyoungpeople.scot or call us on 0131 625 0155.
