Linstone Housing Association started in 1998 and currently has just under 1,600 properties across Renfrewshire, mainly in Linwood and Johnstone. We also provide estate management services to 2,300 owner occupiers and a factoring service to 480 owners.

This is a great time to join our Board/Management Committee as we are at the start of a new 5 year business plan with plans for both new housing and community development.
We are looking for new Board members. This role offers the opportunity to lead on the strategic direction of a growing organisation, playing a key role in delivering high quality services to our customers as well as setting our goals and targets. The role requires you to attend one Board meeting per month (Tuesday evenings at present) , as well as attendance at two or three Board training and development sessions each year. We offer a full induction and training programme and ongoing support to all our Board members to help them in this challenging and rewarding role. Our offices are in Linwood.
