ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading Open Programme.

Team Leaders have a critical contribution to make to the successful performance of businesses and organisations.  The economic challenges currently faced by both the public and private sectors, creates further opportunity and responsibility for Team Leaders to contribute in new and effective ways.

To support the development of inspirational Team Leaders, On Track Training and Coaching Limited are working with the Chamber membership & Renfrewshire Council to deliver an open learning programme for businesses based in Renfrewshire and Inverclyde. 

Team Leaders completing the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 2 Award in Team Leading, will secure both a nationally recognised qualification and more importantly the confidence to lead their people to further success and achievement. The five training days taking place at R34 Inchinnan are:

Motivating the Team to Perform;
Thursday 3rd May 2012
Workplace Communication;
Thursday 31st May 2012
Dealing with Change in the Workplace;
Tuesday 19th June 2012
Developing the Team at Work;
Thursday 16th August 2012
Developing Yourself as a Team Leader;
Thursday 6th September 2012

The course fee is £950 plus VAT per delegate and includes:
ILM Registration and 6 months ILM studying membership
Five training days
All studying material
Assessment and tutorial support
Lunch and refreshments
Certification
