Mitchell Consultants was set up earlier this year to offer a part time financial management service to owner managed companies of all sizes.  Drawing on 40 years experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, capital goods, service and financial markets Alan Mitchell has a wealth of experience as Finance Director/Manager in improving business profitability.

From an initial meeting to assess the position, identify the needs and agree a way forward Alan will work closely with the MD and other staff to implement change which will lead to improvement in management information which directly affects the profitability of the company.

We have all seen dramatic changes in how the business world operates these last few years and the only thing that is certain is that it will become tougher in the next five years. The Chancellor’s Autumn Statement makes grim reading and we need to respond to the challenges ahead by being in control of every area of our business.
