• when you encounter a specific problem,
• want to buy new equipment and need some pointers
• you want advice on IT related websites
• general IT related questions

We will solve as many IT problems as possible through one or more of the following methods

• Email response
• Remote access
• Telephone help

If we are unable to resolve the issue within an acceptable time frame, we will arrange for an on-site visit by one of our recognised agents at a fixed cost. Crucially, we will retain ownership of the problem and manage it on your behalf until it is resolved.
