Our Store-To-Scan & Scan-On-Demand services provide our customers with an immediate cost saving alternative to their storage costs as well as providing vital secure digital access to their company or organisations archive records free.

Clients using our Store-To-Scan Service also receive free access to our Scan-On Demand service which provides them with fast access to their archive files, they simply contact us by telephone or email and request a file from their archive which is then retrieved, scanned and emailed to the designated and authorised person or uploaded to our secure encrypted FTP site for secure download to the designated and authorised person the same day (normally within 2 hours).

How does the service work?
Getting started on Store-To-Scan is straight forward and can be organised within days.
• Agree the level of boxes to be collected and stored Free of charge
as well as the level and spec of monthly scanning requirement.
• Arrange collection of boxes for FREE storage and identify any aged
documents that can be transferred for certified destruction
• Deliver boxes to IDSL storage facilities
• Deliver aged document boxes to IDSL certified destruction facilities
• Input boxes to IDSL storage systems and pre-schedule monthly
scanning requirement as per Store-To-Scan agreements
• Commence monthly scanning quota
• Implement free Scan-On Demand retrieval system for client.
• Schedule annual destruction cycle for aged documents.
