In September this year NMIS-AFRC will be hosting Euro SPF – the leading event in Europe supporting the development of the superplastic forming manufacturing process.
Euro SPF 2025 is Europe’s only dedicated conference on superplastic forming (SPF), hosted by the Advanced Forming Research Centre (AFRC) at the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS). This international gathering will bring together researchers, engineers, manufacturers, and innovators to explore cutting-edge advancements in SPF technology, science, and applications.
The event will include keynote presentations from global thought leaders, technical sessions on SPF research and industrial applications, exclusive site visits to AFRC and NMIS, and valuable networking opportunities. Attendees will also have access to sponsorship showcases and a vibrant programme celebrating Scotland’s manufacturing excellence.
