Explore New Markets: Join Our Trade Mission to the Netherlands

As part of the Scottish Government Programme supported by Scottish Chambers of Commerce, Inverness Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Renfrewshire Chambers of Commerce, is leading an in-person trade mission to the Netherlands during the week commencing 20 May 2025.

This mission is open to all Scottish businesses, offering a unique opportunity to explore a key international market while showcasing Scotland’s world-class products and services.

The Netherlands offers a business-friendly environment with:

As Scotland’s largest overseas export market, the Netherlands accounted for £6.9 billion (20% of total exports) in the year ending September 2023. Even excluding oil and gas, it remains Scotland’s third-largest export destination, worth £1.7 billion (7% of total exports).

Its open and receptive business culture makes the Netherlands an ideal testing ground for new products and services, while Rotterdam’s port provides seamless access to the wider EU market.

This trade mission is open to businesses with less than £7 million in international sales.

• Participation Fee: £150 + VAT (covers all programme activities).
• Additional Costs: Delegates are responsible for booking and covering their own travel, accommodation, and insurance.
