The UWS CPD Centre will shortly be hosting a webinar to share and reflect on key findings emerging from our Skills at Work 2026 insights activity.

Drawing on perspectives from both employers and employees in Scotland, the session will explore themes including:

• Access to learning and development in practice
• Digital, data and AI capability
• Evolving roles, career pathways and workforce priorities

The webinar will also include wider discussion and reflection with Skills Development Scotland on what these findings may mean for organisations, the workforce and the wider skills landscape moving forward.
