Home-Start Renfrewshire and Inverclyde, current ROCCO Community Champions, are inviting the local community and business leaders to come together for a night of celebration, connection and impact at its highly anticipated Home-Start Hoolie 2026.

The Home-Start Hoolie marks a significant milestone for the charity as it celebrates 25 years of supporting families with babies and young children across Renfrewshire.

Taking place on Friday 4 September 2026 at Ingliston Estate & Country Club, the event promises an unforgettable evening of entertainment, fundraising and community spirit, all in support of local families facing challenges such as poverty, trauma, isolation and poor mental health.

Guests will enjoy a welcome drink, a three-course meal, live music, a DJ and a lively programme including an auction, raffle and tombola. The evening will be hosted by TV presenter and long-standing Home-Start supporter Jean Johansson, bringing warmth and energy to a night designed to inspire and connect.

For a quarter of a century, Home-Start volunteers and staff have stood alongside families when they need it most, offering early, compassionate support that helps parents build confidence, strengthen relationships and give their children the best possible start in life.

Jane Hamilton, Communications and Impact Manager at Home-Start Renfrewshire and Inverclyde, said:

“The Hoolie is so much more than a fundraising event, it’s a celebration of the incredible families, volunteers and partners who make our work possible.

Every ticket sold helps us continue providing vital, early support to families who are often facing difficult circumstances. It’s about coming together as a community to make sure no parent feels alone and every baby and child has the chance to thrive.”

The event offers a unique platform for businesses to engage with a wide local network while demonstrating values that resonate strongly with employees, customers and stakeholders. Organisations can get involved in a way that suits them, whether by attending with colleagues, hosting clients at a table, or coming on board as an event sponsor. Each option provides valuable brand visibility and the opportunity to align with a trusted, award-winning local charity, while playing a meaningful role in supporting babies, children and families across the community.

Funds raised on the night will directly support Home-Start’s work across Renfrewshire and Inverclyde from one-to-one volunteer support and peer groups, to parenting programmes and practical help for families in crisis.

With tickets already generating strong interest, the charity is encouraging early booking to avoid disappointment.

Tickets are priced from £49 and are available now: https://hsri.org.uk/the-hoolie/
