- Expecting 50 + exhibitors this year.
- Each exhibitor will have one 6ft table and 2 chairs (exhibitors then need to bring own marketing material / table cover / pop-ups etc…)
- Places with power limited to around the perimeter.
- 5 seminars will take place in the seminar area from 10.15am – concluding at 3pm – ensuring regular flow of traffic
- The event will be open from 10am – 3pm to visitors / 9am to 3.30pm for exhibitors.
- The hall has free wifi
- All exhibitors will receive tokens for a free coffee / drink and lunch / bottles of water will be on your table on arrival.
- Numbers expected approx. 300/400 – mixture of mainly business people plus some schools / students.
- This is the main business event of this type in the area.
- All exhibitors are encouraged to go round and meet all other exhibitors, a great opportunity to network with 50 + businesses in one day.
