Hermes Business Solutions Rebrand as COLABR8

We’re delighted (and mildly relieved!) to announce a significant evolution: Hermes Business Solutions is taking flight as COLABR8! After years spent politely explaining, “No, we don’t know where your parcel is,” and diplomatically managing complaints about late-night deliveries we never made, we figured it was time for a clean break. Let’s just say we successfully convinced our namesake, Hermes-the-parcel-company, to become Evri (you’re welcome, Evri)—but it seems their customers still loved chatting with us anyway!

Officially launching our new brand identity by the end of May 2025, COLABR8 embodies exactly what we’re about—collaboration, innovation, and frankly, fewer awkward phone calls. As it turns out, being mistaken for a parcel courier can teach you a lot about customer service, patience, and the subtle art of redirecting a grumpy caller. Who knew?

So, what’s changing apart from the name? Absolutely nothing—except now you’ll be able to find us without sifting through tracking numbers. At COLABR8, we’re still your trusted experts delivering (pun intended!) exceptional services in Business Telecoms, Mobile, Broadband, and Utilities. And yes, we’re still proudly partnered with major UK providers, including direct relationships with BT and Three Business. Rest assured, our commitment to excellent connectivity, seamless service, and your satisfaction remains stronger than ever.

We’d love to thank Evri for the unintended crash course in “creative problem-solving”—it’s genuinely shaped our customer approach. But most importantly, a massive thank-you goes out to you, our amazing clients. Your loyalty and patience through the “parcel years” have been incredible, and we’re excited to reward that patience with even better collaboration and innovative solutions under the COLABR8 banner.
