New Directors Announced by Renfrewshire Chamber

Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce has strengthened their current board with the addition of two new directors confirmed at their recent AGM.
Joining are Anne Campbell, Principal and Chief Executive at West College Scotland and Douglas Aitken, Managing Director of Lochlie Construction based in Hillington.
Chamber President Ronald Leitch said: “We are delighted to welcome Anne and Douglas to the Chamber board. They each bring a wealth of experience and insight, and their perspectives will strengthen the work we’re already doing within the Chamber. I look forward to working with them as we continue to support and champion businesses across Renfrewshire connect and grow.”
Commenting on her appointment, Anne Campbell said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining the Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce board. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to further strengthen the relationship between the college and our local business community, ensuring our learners develop the skills employers need now and in the future.”
Douglas Aitken said “Having joined Renfrewshire Chamber as a startup in 2015 I have greatly valued the services they offer members and how the team have supported our own growth story. Now as a company employing 72 staff and turnover of £10million I’m delighted to join my colleagues on the board and look forward to supporting the work that makes Renfrewshire such a great place to do business.”
